Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By creating a ZapBits account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may amend these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to hold cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. ZapBits is not available in mainland China or in any jurisdiction where crypto reward or faucet services are prohibited. You are responsible for complying with your local laws, including any tax obligations on rewards you receive.

3. One account per person

One account per person, per household and per IP address. We enforce this using a one-way hash of your FaucetPay payout destination. Attempting to operate multiple accounts, colluding with other users, or farming referrals across accounts you control will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances, with no appeal.

4. No deposit, no gambling

ZapBits does not accept deposits of any kind and does not offer any wagering, dice, or game-of-chance product. All balances originate from faucet claims, task completion and referral commissions paid by ZapBits itself.

5. Rewards and payouts

Reward amounts are set by ZapBits and may change at any time without notice. Rewards are drawn using a cryptographically secure random number generator. Withdrawals are fulfilled via FaucetPay. We reserve the right to hold any withdrawal for manual anti-fraud review, and to reject a payout if we reasonably believe it originates from abuse.

6. Prohibited conduct

Automated claiming via bots, scripts, browser extensions or headless browsers.
Using VPNs, proxies, residential proxy networks or datacentre IPs to disguise your location or to avoid geographic restrictions.
Using disposable or fake email addresses, or email aliases to multiply accounts.
Traffic exchange, auto-surf, incentivised clicks, or paying third parties to complete offerwalls on your behalf.
Fraudulent offerwall completion, including providing false survey answers or using virtual machines to fake device fingerprints.
Attempting to exploit bugs, race conditions, or bypass the claim cooldown.

7. Forfeiture

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have breached these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any unpaid balance. Because ZapBits holds no user deposits, forfeiture never affects funds you paid to us — there are none.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time. Scheduled maintenance and third-party gateway outages may interrupt service.

9. Limitation of liability

Rewards distributed by ZapBits are promotional. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the unpaid balance recorded in your account ledger. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the value volatility of any cryptocurrency.
